I have made this recipe at lest 15 times. I substitute dried cranberries for the cherries. My children and grandchildren all love them and always request them as part of their birthday present.

Very yummy and they were a big hit with friends and family. Next time I will try different variations of this recipe. Maybe using dried blueberries or cranberries. I used almonds instead of pecans.

"My" biscotti were a hit with both the adults and kids! This recipe is very easy to make, I made it in bars instead of cut outs. I omitted the nuts, added more cherries and chocolate pieces and dipped one end of each bar in either melted dark or the remaining white chocolate. Will definitely be making them again.

really nice biscotti for Valentines day - or any day for that matter - I gave as Valentines treats instead of candy

Taste Great! My only problem was that the white chocolate chips on the edges of the hearts didn't want to stay on the cookie. So aside from a few gaps from fallen white chips, this recipe is delicious!

I love all of the ingredients in this recipe. They make a great combination! The only thing I was disappointed in was how brown they got while baking. Aside from that they are really cute.
