Great recipe--fast and easy. I trimmed the ends off the stems, chopped them and used them in other recipes. Hate to "discard" good food.

Scrumptious! Next time I'll broil them open side down so the opening doesn't fill up with the dressing. A great appetizer!

This is one of the best stuffed mushroom recipes I've ever tried. It was the biggest hit at our last holiday party and I get requests to make them all the time!
