I didn't use ham, as I am a vegetarian. Nor did I have it with fruit or hot chocolate, but I like how cheese and pancakes taste together.

This was very good. It was a super-fast, super-easy way to make an on-the-go breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the microwaveable pancakes. I would prefer freshly-made ones, but then it wouldn't be so easy and quick to make.

I haven't made this recipe before because its not that healthy. I think that this recipe would be alot better and appeal to more people if it was made healthier. For example whole wheat pancakes and extra lean ham should have been used.

My kids are in the sandwich phase: wiches are all they'll ask for. So this please us all; me, time-wise, and my two kids cause it was fork-free. This past Saturday, my daughter has asked for a thicker, chunkier version to get her ready for soccer: half-waffle/half-pancake with sausage and frozen omelet in the middle. It was like the Big Mac of breakfast sandwiches.

I just made this with sausage and it tasted just like McDonald's Griddlecakes sandwich - but much more affordable!! I cooked the sausage on the stovetop, then finidhed the sandwich in the microwave. Yum!
