Easy Tiramisu for Two

Easy Tiramisu for Two recipe

Let’s take a trip to a piazza and have tiramisu. OK, skip the piazza, let's just have tiramisu. Coffee-infused creaminess—with a little crunch—is ready in 10 minutes.

I love recipes like this for something quick if someone drops in for coffee... It has flavors you expect to taste in Tiramisu... But you don't have to tell your guest what it is...Just take the bows and enjoy... I am sure my Grandkids would like it... Easy and good.....

tastes nothing like tiramisu. Coffee was too overbearing even after adding extra pudding! Tried it with Amaretto flavored cocoa and it didn't help either....

Great recipe! Although I substituted the nilla wafers for lady fingers instead, and used a third of a cup of coffee instead of two tablespoons... I can't wait to try it again, this time with some brandy or amaretto di saronno...

Poor substitute for how delicious tiramisu can actually be.. Not that it was awful but good tiramisu is GOOD tiramisu.

My college son prepared this easy recipe for himself and a friend in the dorm. It was easy for him to have the ingredients on hand, and satisfy his gourmet taste.
