i used sugar free white chocolate pudding, fat free cool whip and shaved bakers chocolate for the top. i also use international foods instant flavored cofee (kalua) for a more authentic flavor - of course you can use actual kalua drizzled on as well.

I made this twice and both times it tasted like soggy coffee! Very unappetizing!

I used sugar free vanilla snak pack, and it was still very tasty! This is great and quick to prepare.

Very easy recipe. Second time, I omitted the instant coffee and used a coffee liquer. I used all low fat ingredients and it is still very good. I really like that you do not have to cook anything and you usually have the ingredients in your pantry to make this dessert.

Very easy to make with ingredients on hand. I used sugar free pudding snacks & cool whip free to cut down on the calories. Made it about an hour before it was eaten - felt it could have used a little more coffee as well as longer time to set in the refrigerator. What's nice is it only makes two - not a lot of leftovers. Pretty to present.

Very easy and good flavor. I felt it needed more coffee and would use more next time to really soak the vanilla wafers.
