Great. I also put in garlic with the lemons in the cavity and a little poultry seasoning over the chicken. It was very tasy.

This recipe is really good. The first time I made it my mother (who is such a picky eater) ate and loved it. Any time I can get her approval on a meal is confirmation that it's really good.

The recipe is very ez.Viktor and I liked it .I did use the lemon and the peel for lemon zest. I will make it a gain with roast poatoes and a greek salad.

The first time I made this it was great, then I made it again substituting orange for lemon, and was just as good, if not better.

I grew up next door to a Greek family, and when I saw this receipe, I knew that I had to try it. It brought back lots of memories. The lemons make the meat extremely moist. Thank you.
