The recipe is very ez.Viktor and I liked it .I did use the lemon and the peel for lemon zest. I will make it a gain with roast poatoes and a greek salad.

The first time I made this it was great, then I made it again substituting orange for lemon, and was just as good, if not better.

Tried & true lemon chicken is Greek food for the soul. I added oregano & quartered potatoes to the mix for a complete meal, add salad. This comes from my greek roots..............
