Greek-Style Lemon Roast Chicken

This was a very easy and delicious recipe. The skin tasted fabulous, and the lemon really added a bit of zip. This is definitely my new "go to" recipe for roast chicken. Can't wait to try it with regular chicken breasts. YUMMY!

Zesty and full of flavor. But there's no need to season the chicken because the salt and pepper are already in the marinade. Delicious!

This was the best chicken I have made ia a while. It was so moist and flavorful. I added Potatoes to the pan and basted them with the lemon dressing and they turned out wonderful...everyone loved the flavor of the chicken and the potatoes...my husband said it was better then the Greek chicken that we have had at 4**** restaurants that specialize in Greek cooking. Will certainly make it again and definitely when we have guests over!

This is one of the best roasted chicken recipes that I have. I also used onion with the lemon in the cavity. Very tender if you use a roaster oven.

This recipe was so easy and the flavors were amazing! The chicken is very moist and tender and the aroma is wonderful while it is cooking. I would defenitely recommend trying this, absolutely delicious!!
