I'm making this recipe for the second time tonight. The skin is very flavorful, and the chicken is moist. Last time I sliced some potatoes and roasted them along with the chicken, and my husband loved it. Thanks for a great recipe!

maybe I would make it again. I expected lots of flavor, but I thought it had none. The chicken was wonderfully juicy. I served it with a varied lettuce salad with walnuts and sliced red grapes with a raspberry dressing... and of course.... when doing Greek... I served Ouzo. I think it needs more flavor. Thanks for the recipe.

It was excellent!!! Very tender, and a light lemon flavor. It will become a regular dish in my house.

Great recip, wiil make again. But did think that it was too much lemon first time out. But after cutting back on lemon a little. I found it to be great. thank you much for my added cooking and eating delight :_)

I made two at once to allow for company. I mistakenly bought a large turkey breast instead of a second chicken, but this turned out for the better. The turkey was even better than the chicken. Also, I had to cook the chicken for an extra 25 minutes to get it done, but it was still good and moist when done.
