I have a picky Southern family that is big on flavor...it was great they ask for it again and again. The marinade made the chicken so moist...even the breast.

I thought this was not very flavorful. Maybe it needed more marination time. I'm not too sure if I would make this again.

We used the same marinade, but tried chicken breasts instead. We cooked it with lemon slices on top, and when we were ready to serve...a little crumbled feta really made the difference. Absolutely delicious and our guests loved it!

Delicious. Our whole family loved it. This would also work with cut-up chicken, which would make it an option for a weeknight meal when I don't have time to roast a whole chicken.

This recipe was a joke. I roasted the chicken for even longer than it said and it was still raw inside. This is the third recipe I have tried from this site that hasn't turned out. I am so disappointed that I do not plan on trying ANY more! I seriously wonder if they test these at all of just make them up and hope for the best.
