A really good baked chicken recipe. Lemony & moist! I also stuffed the chicken with more lemon wedges. And covered it with foil because it took twice as long to bake as the recipe called for (I live at 7,500 feet).

Very moist! I did cover it with foil for some of the baking time to protect from over-browning. I also packed in extra lemon wedges.

I made this lemon roast chicken for dinner and it was great . If I could rate this a 6 star I would. I rate this 5 stars, and will make again. Highly Recommened. 7-15-2007

I made this recipe at home and then I made it for an international dinner fund raiser at our church. It was a big hit. The recipe even appeared in our newspaper with my picture and helped sell tickets for raising funds to help the kids at CCCS in Heber Springs, Arkansas.

I have made this a couple of times and it has become a favorite. I love is because it's easy. They love it because it tastes great!

This is an easy recipe to follow. The flavor was really good but the next time I make it I will add more salt and dressing.

This was delicious. I added 2 crushed cloves of garlic to the salad dressing.
