My family loved it! My daughter who's a picky eater really liked it and has asked for me to make it again and again. I chopped up the chicken before cooking it so it was easier to eat. We loved it.

To accomodate my husband's low sodium, low fat diet, I used fat free ranch dressing, no salt added tomatoes and only fresh or frozen vegetables. The results were very good.

I made it with the steak, peas, onions, and mushrooms, it was very good but I think if you marinated the steak the night before it would be even better.

This was so easy and good. I marinated chicken tenderloins in the dressing over night and then cut into chunks before cooking. Delicious!

I make up a little extra chicken sauce and peppers and freeze them in a foil wrap that my BF can take to work or use as a quick dinner. All he has to do is the fresh noodles. You can freeze the noodles if you use a hardy noodle and don't over cook it.

I've made this with chicken and changed some things to make it my own. I added a can of cream of chicken soup and a little bit of feta cheese before I served it. I've made it several ways-without the soup and added lots of artichoke hearts, black or greek olives, feta cheese crumbled on top when served. I love this recipe and so does my VERY picky family!!
