I had the chicken version and the meatless version and both came out excellent. My entire family liked them and asked that I make them both more often.

I have made this recipe 2 times since I tried it the first time. Myself and my family just love this dish. I use the chicken recipe and add red peppers, green peppers or a can of green chilli's, and the ranch dressing, along with onion and the canned tomatoes. It is very tasty with seashell pasta or even spaghetti noodles! One of these I have to try one of the other variations!

I made the beef version using ground sirloin patties and substituting egg noodles for pasta as well as shredded cheddar for the Velveeta--BUT--this is a great basic recipe no matter how you decide to play around with it. Husband was crazy about it! DEFINITELY will make again and will try the other versions; chicken most likely next.

I have made two varieties: beef and vegetarian. We decided less cheese was better on the beef one. We saved some of the parmesan to sprinkle on the veggie dish. This recipe is going into "heavy rotation" on our menu!

The version with the Chicken was EXCELLENT. I don't usually like mixing a "salad dressing" with any type of meals besides a salad. But this was wonderful. Will make it again!

This was a good and easy meal to make tonight. However, next time I will use a little more dressing and cheese to the final mixture (pasta).

I used the chicken option with sun dried tomato dressing. It was great!
