Very easy and tasty. Great as a leftover. Made it for a group of friends who were very impressed.

It was a hit with my family. The leftovers were great the next day. I used chicken with Italian dressing. I also used red onion.

I made the recipe with a sirloin roast in stead of a steak. I thought my guests were going to eat the pan. I will certanly make it again but the pork chops is next, this weekend.

I made this with pork chopsand used stewed tomatoes instead of diced. I thought it was a little soupyand it needed some spices. I had some left over and it was better the next day for lunch. I will try it again,because it was quick and easy.
