What You Need

1/2

cup chopped onion

clove garlic, minced

Tbsp. oil

lb. pork tenderloin or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2

cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, finely chopped

1/2

tsp. crushed red pepper

cups hot cooked rice

Make It

COOK and stir onion and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until tender. Increase heat to high. Add pork; cook and stir 5 min. or until pork is golden brown on all sides.

ADD 1/2 cup water, barbecue sauce, chocolate and crushed red pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min. or until pork is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

SERVE over rice.

I love this recipe and its not complicated to make. I found that I like serving the mole on thick tortillas instead of rice.

I made this for my family and they loved it. I also learned you can substitute chichen. that is also good.

since I didn't have garlic cloves, I substituded it w/ garlic powder. My husband fell in love w/ it.

It was so easy to make & very impressive. I served it with a packaged mexican rice mix and I added a soft flour tortilla, avacado slices, tomato and sour cream to it. It was very tasty, easy and quick to make.

While on vacation at a friends house, we thought we'd try something different!! This was great! Even our picky husbands loved it. It is not a sweet dish like you might think but the unsweetened chocolate adds a different flavor! We served it over yellow rice which added to the flavor. I will be making this one again at home.

This was awful!!!! My family and I did not even finish our meal. I WILL NOT fix this again.

In an attempt to try something different, I substituted boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins in place of the pork. The disk had excellent flavor and was quick and easy to make.

I took some creative license and added some honey and ketchup to the sauce. It was fabulous and the leftovers made a wonderful sandwich the next day.
