I doubled the chicken recipe, cooking for a crowd at work. We have limited cooking facilities, so I used pre-cooked frozen chopped chicken breasts. I added some fresh chopped garlic, fresh Italian parsley and used Light Velveeta. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Question: Can the Velveeta be left out? Seems strange to have cheese in a chicken noodle soup recipe. <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Mary ~ Velveeta cannot be omitted in recipe, but can be reduced by half.>>>

I made the ground beef recipe and everyone in my family liked it. (I only used half the cheese it asked for) Very quick and easy to make. I'd definitely make it again and try one of the others.

I am a college student and this recipe is perfect for me. I made the meatless version in my dorm and it was so easy and quick. It is hearty and warms you up on a snowy day. It remindes me of being at home.

So far I have tried the chicken recipe. It was so easy to make. My family loved it so much that my 31/2 year old who eats nothing kept asking for more. My husband cant wait for me to make it again. I will definatly be making this again real soon.

I made this recipe adding the Velveeta Cheese and without the Cheese, I like it better without the Cheese and will make it again.

This recipe is awesome! I made it on a whim when I found my mom's copy of the Food&Family magazine. So far I've only tried the version made with ground beef, but everybody in the house loved it. I even got my brother to admit he liked it (that was a shock in/and of itself!) I just served it with some crusty bread and butter, and voila a simple but delicious dinner.
