Awesome! Simple crowd pleaser. We did abouty 1.5 times the cayenne pepper, marinated about 4 hours and they were flavorful. Next time we plan to save some of the marinade to brush on the pineapple and peppers.

This is incredible, especially if you let is marinade all night or at least 8 hours.

Love this one! Instead of using the skewers we just toss these up in the skillet and then serve over white rice. The pineapple and red pepper makes it wonderful!

These were absolutely delicious!!! The chicken was so moist and the flavors went so well together. I made this on my "george foreman" grill rather than on an outside grill and my husband and I loved these!

My very picky husband and 9 year old loved it. I did not use skewers though. I just cook it all on the stove top. Added green pepper as well. We used rice on the side.

Delicious! I have a good ol' faithful jerk recipe that I use religiously but this one sounded good too by the ingredients so I tried it. Its delicious & smells wonderful. And who doesnt love grilled pineapple?

Excellent recipe, will definetly make again. I made it as is, but will adjust the heat some the next time. This was a very easy recipe to make and there were no leftovers.
