I made this for guests for dinner and it tasted wonderful in addition to looking great! It's also great for a big crowd as it is not too spicy for those with sensitive taste buds! I also had quite a few of my guests ask for the recipe.

This was excellent. I used only red bell peppers, canned chunks of pineapple and sweet white onion with the chicken on the skewers. I served it with a Jamaican rice and green beans. My boyfriend & I loved it and I will surely make it again!

I made this last night and was very suprised how good it turned out. I used sweet onions on my skewers in addition to the red and yellow peppers. The caned pineapple chunks I substituted for fresh pineapple were to small for my taste. I would probably use a cored pineapple from the produce department next time. My guests were both impressed with the look, as well as the taste. I would highly recommend it.

Half of the mixture was grilled on skewers and the other half was baked in the oven. Both came out great! We topped this wonderful recipe on a bed of steamed rice! The kids loved the chicken and the fresh pineapples! My hubby was scraping for more!We will definitely make this recipe again!

This recipie is delicious to say the least. I baked the chicken in some of the marinating sauce for 30 min on 450 degrees. I would definitly make this recipe again! The whole family liked it from 7 to 37 years old. It was easy to make as well.
