I have been making kabobs recently and really like the idea of adding the pineapple to the chicken.

Fabulous recipe!!!! My husband and I could not get enough, just as good as my dad's and that is hard to beat! works really well on the cast iron indoor grill too. Next time I will make sure that the chicken, the peppers, and the pineapple are closer to the same size. Great with a nice fruity salad.

This is great on the campgrounds. I like it when all the cooking can be done at the same time on the grill.

I made this recipe for my hard-to-please husband and he loved it! We can't wait to try the jerk sauce on wings.

I made this for guests for dinner and it tasted wonderful in addition to looking great! It's also great for a big crowd as it is not too spicy for those with sensitive taste buds! I also had quite a few of my guests ask for the recipe.
