It's a little hard to work with the caramel, but it's worth it in the end!

This cheese cake is a perfect blend of sweetness. Not to sweet but sweet enough. Perfect treat even for non-cheese cake lovers!
Made this for Thanksgiving and got rave reviews. Most said it was nice and light - not heavy. I cut the recipe out of a magazine. It has the same title and picture and is a Philadelphia Cheese advertisement. The ingredients were slightly different in that it calls for sour cream, no chocolate and 5 pkgs of cream cheese with 4 eggs. Made in a 9 inch springform pan also. This was my first attempt at cheesecake and makes me wish I started long ago.
I made this receipe for Thanksgiving and it was a great success it was gone that same day.Yes I am going to add it on my Christmas menu.

I served this on Thanksgiving and everyone passed by the pumkin pie for the cheesecake. This is an outstanding dessert.
Who cares about the calories when the cheesecake is soooo good. I experimented one day with this and let my family taste it at a party. When I came back to get my piece they had eaten all of it except for a kid size slice. All they could say was that they saved me some. So in this family its a success.
I made this recipe at a pamper yourself party that I hosted, and everyone loved it. When I went to work on Mon. all my co-workers asked me to make it again, just because, not for a special occasion. It made me feel good. :)
Excellent. Makes a large and delicious cheesecake. I took it to work and it disappeared-lots of requests for the recipe. I did find I had to cook it longer than stated.
