So tasty and easy to modify! I've made it over and over--from Super Bowl snack to family dinner to potluck at work. Perfect dip!

This dip was excellent! I doubled the recipe and made it in a 9x13 pan. I used fat free refried beans and fat free sour cream to make it a bit more health-conscious (and nobody could tell). I served it with scoops. People seemed to really enjoy it and I will definitely make it again!

Someone else usually makes a taco dip for the family parties, but I said I would make it this time and I went to my recipe box and made this recipe. There were raves from everyone and the platter was scraped clean. My son was upset because he only had a little and then it was gone. I promised to make it this weekend for our Mother's Day party, but a double batch this time.

Made it again for Cinco de Mayo and it was a big hit. The dish was empty! Very yummy!

My family loved this dip! I made it without the refried beans and I used the entire pack of taco seasoning...it was delicious!

My Husband loved this! Warning, though. It took me a LOT more than 10 minute prep time. Maybe 30-40 minutes I'm not Emeril, so I don't have a bunch of people cutting up vegetables for me to throw in the dish. It was very time consuming cutting up the onions, lettuce, etc... I followed on one Raters advice, and added Ground beef, and canned diced tomatoes. I also cooked some chopped onion with the beef while browning, and I used the whole packet of Taco Seasoning, instead of 1 Tablespoon. We had enough left over the next night so we made Burrittos out of the leftovers.

This recipe was DELICIOUS and SO EASY - especially if you love sour cream!!! I'm preparing it this time for a family dinner. I think I'll be preparing this many more times for birthday parties and other get-togethers.

This recipe was great! It tastes very good and is so simple to make. I just layered the ingredients in the order there printed, but used a larger plate than the 9" stated in recipe.
