Ultimate 7-Layer Dip

Ultimate 7-Layer Dip recipe
Sure, we could have gone with a 6-layer dip, but at what cost? Lose the sour cream, the zesty salsa, the shredded cheese? No. It had to be 7 layers.

This has been a favorite family get-together recipe for us for years. My sister started making it first and we all loved it. Now it's a favorite and very rarely do we have a get-together without it.

THIS DIP IS ALWAYS A HIT! We like ours with a lot of SNAP so I add chopped jalapenos to the refried beans and also add a layer of guacamole. You can find the refried beans with jalapeno already added if you don't want to chop up chilies.

It's really good with a whole can--drained--of olives instead of just the small amount. I also used about 1 1/2 cups cheese.
