My Husband loved this! Warning, though. It took me a LOT more than 10 minute prep time. Maybe 30-40 minutes I'm not Emeril, so I don't have a bunch of people cutting up vegetables for me to throw in the dish. It was very time consuming cutting up the onions, lettuce, etc... I followed on one Raters advice, and added Ground beef, and canned diced tomatoes. I also cooked some chopped onion with the beef while browning, and I used the whole packet of Taco Seasoning, instead of 1 Tablespoon. We had enough left over the next night so we made Burrittos out of the leftovers.
