Ultimate 7-Layer Dip

Ultimate 7-Layer Dip recipe

Sure, we could have gone with six, but at what cost? Lose the sour cream, or the zesty salsa, or the shredded cheese or….No. Seven layers. Get a little in each bite.

This is an old fave, but I sometimes take out the green onion layer and add a guacamole layer in between the beans and sour cream. Other times, I replace the green onions with green chiles. Yummy.

This recipe is awesome. We also add Guacolmole dip as another layer instead of the salsa. It is not so runny that way and VERY tasty and spicy!
