What You Need

can (16 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Refried Beans

Tbsp. TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

cup shredded lettuce

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

green onions, sliced

Tbsp. sliced black olives

RITZ Toasted Chips Original

Make It

MIX beans and seasoning mix; spread onto bottom of pie plate.

TOP with layers of all remaining ingredients except chips. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

My girlfriend, Salina, turned me on to this great appetizer (or meal) and now we make it quite often. We're making it today as a matter of fact (a double portion!). It's really delicious, even if using the 1/3 less fat cream cheese that we use. You can also experiment with the ingredients. We leave out things like green onions and sometimes black olives, but you can add or subtract whatever customizes better for you. Highly recommended as a simple, yet addictive appetizer for guests or all for your greedy self, which is how we like to do it! Ha, ha!
