Ultimate 7-Layer Dip

Ultimate 7-Layer Dip recipe
Sure, we could have gone with a 6-layer dip, but at what cost? Lose the sour cream, the zesty salsa, the shredded cheese? No. It had to be 7 layers.

I took this dip to Thanksgiving this year. Wow! I think it lasted 30 minutes! I was leary of putting the taco seasoning in with the refried beans, but it was absolutely wonderful!! This one is a keeper!:)

I made this for a babyshower pot luck that we had for a co-worker and everyone loved it. I even had several people ask me for the recipe. Just great!!

I loved this dip, it was a great apitizer to a mexican style dinner. The whole thing was gone in 10 minutes. I would definitely entertain with this dish again.

This was the best 7 layer dip I ever made. My friends finished the entire thing in 15 mins. I have never been so applauded for my cooking.

the longer it has to chill in the refrigerator, the better it is- even my roommates loved it!

My girlfriend, Salina, turned me on to this great appetizer (or meal) and now we make it quite often. We're making it today as a matter of fact (a double portion!). It's really delicious, even if using the 1/3 less fat cream cheese that we use. You can also experiment with the ingredients. We leave out things like green onions and sometimes black olives, but you can add or subtract whatever customizes better for you. Highly recommended as a simple, yet addictive appetizer for guests or all for your greedy self, which is how we like to do it! Ha, ha!

Very easy to make, lots of good comments on it. I added ground beef to it and it was a hit.
