what you need

1-1/2

cups boiling water

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor

Ice cubes

1/2

cup cold water

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Make It

STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Remove 2 cups of the gelatin; place in small bowl. Refrigerate 5 min. or until gelatin is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Carefully spoon into crust. Refrigerate 10 min.

MEANWHILE, add 2 cups of the whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 10 min. or until mixture is thick and will mound. Carefully spoon over gelatin layer in crust.

REFRIGERATE at least 3 hours or until firm. Serve topped with the remaining whipped topping. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

Maybe I'm just not good with Jell-O, but this didn't set correctly and was so mushy my husband wouldn't even eat it. Taste was ok, but the cool whip on top didn't need the extra reserved for it.

I have made this many times, using different flavors of Jell-O. Iam always aled about it. I made 3 for Thanksgiving and will be making more for Christmas.

Very easy to make, and one of the best tasting pies I've had in a long time. I can make 3 or 4 for parties in a matter of minutes.

This pie is wonderul and can easily be converted to low carb using sugar-free jello. Great for our diet and so yummy!

This is a wonderful recipe to make sugar free. It tastes delicious and is the perfect dessert for my diabetic family.

My family loved this. I have made it three times and varied the flavor jello each time. Also, I made a crust from crushed vanilla wafers (my husband's favorite) and it was awesome!

Easter was completed with this YUMMY treat. I used Lime Jello because that's what was in the recipie, LOL.. When I did it this last weekend (just had to have some more!!!) I used Cool Berry Blue Jello and it was WAY YUMMY!!! Totally an easy-must have treat for any party, or simple after dinner dessert!!
