I made the salsa, lettuce and cheese dip. It went over very well .. those that came late to the party didn't get any! Super easy and quick to make!

It is very easy to make-I made the salsa one for a July 4th picnic-everyone enjoyed it and asked for the recipe!

i made the first dip with the salsa-just left out the lettuce for a less mexican dip. everyone loved it and it was so easy to make. if you want to make it low fat it's easy to do also! great with tostitos scoop chips

I substituted the cream cheese with ranch dressing that I made from Scratch, so it was thicker then it should of been. Everyone at the get together just raved till I ended up going into the house and making a whole second batch of the recipe.I just thank heaven that I had enough ingredients and was at my own home.

Easy to make but took more than 10 minutes. I made the pesto myself which added to the time but I would say that by the time I finished stirring and chopping it took about 20 to 30 minutes. Delicious with the pesto, artichokes, peppers and cheese.

I have already made the Basil Pesto/Artichoke version of this recipe twice since receiving the newsletter. It was a huge hit. My family and friends love it!!!

I used the tomato, cucumber, and black olive version with feta cheese for a church gathering. I was not sure how people will like it because the strong smell and flavor of the feta cheese. People LOVED this dip. Several ladies asked for the recipe. It was a great hit!
