Have made this recipe several times and it is received very well; can customize the recipe if you like-I add minced garlic (1 tsp) to cream cheese base-goes over very well

The Feta Cheese, Cucumber, Tomato, and Black Olive was a HUGE success!!! Very fresh tasting. I also put herbs in the cream cheese base and used mayo in place of Miracle Whip. I also used sun-dried tomato and basil reduced fat feta cheese. Wonderful! I have also had good luck with the Pesto, artichoke, roasted red pepper version.

This time I made the Italian style and it was good and again easy to make but I would strongly recommend to cut up the pepperoni slices.

Everyone wanted the ingredients for this, next time I would just add more salsa and I think it would make this quite superb.
