I helped my new daughter-in-law make the pesto version last night for a big party. Oh my, it was so good! I will be making this again. She has made it now for 3 parties and it is always gone fast.

I made the one in the orange category and we ate it all up. Everyone liked that it was on a healthier side for snack food.

A huge hit! I used the version with feta cheese, olives for mediterranean flavor. Quick, easy, and everyone loved it. I've used it again and again.

Excellent! I make this all the time and it is always a hit - year round. Easy and transportable. I always subst low fat or no fat products without sacrificing texture or taste.

I loved this!! I made the one featured in the picture (with the tomatoes, olives, cucumbers and feta) sooooo good!! I made this for a baby shower and it was gone b/4 anything else. Just make sure you mix the miracle whip and cream cheese together really well.

So easy to make, and tasted great! Took a little longer to chop everything up, but well worth it. Could maybe be a good filling for tortilla roll-ups? Haven't tried it yet, but thought it could be interesting.
