Take 1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese and 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing and mix & match your recipe from these options...

	topping options	cheese choices
	1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup shredded lettuce	KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
	1 cup each chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, 1/4 cup chopped black olives	ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Garlic & Herb
	1/4 cup each pesto and chopped artichokes, 1 cup chopped roasted red peppers	KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
	1/2 cup spaghetti or pizza sauce, 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni, 1/2 cup chopped green peppers	KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

MIX cream cheese and dressing until blended; spread onto serving dish.

ADD toppings.

I made the pizza recipe and heated in the microwave for about 2 minutes until everything was warm and the cheese on top was melted. I served it with Fritos and it was a hit. I will definitely make it again.

Made the basil pesto, artichoke and roasted pepper recipe. It was absolutely wonderful and so easy to prepare. Took it to the lake and made it on the boat. I now have a number one favorite appetizer.

Everyone loved the dip with the pesto and peppers. I found the cheese/mayo base to be great as a sandwich spread.

The 10 min. recipe everybody loved and gobbled up so quickly was the pesto, artichokes and roasted red peppers. What was so funny was just about everyone didn't care for one of the toppings, but the marriage of all the flavors was a big hit.

another great substitute (I like to keep on hand around the holidays) is to spread the cream cheese on a plate, then layer cocktail sauce on top, and a can of crab meat on top of that and serve with crackers. great last minute appetizer for holiday guests!
