Great. Took to a family reunion, and brought home an empty bowl. Not too crazy about the coconut though. Thought it was a little too much.

This was so fun to make and so good, both my picky boys 10 & 17 loved it... We omitted the coconut as an optional add in (one likes the other doesn't) both ways are great... Will make often

I made this last night along with a roast and my family LOVED it. I did leave out the cocnut (I don't like it). My husband said that I must have put alot of effert into dinner. (shah, right) :)

I made this for an Easter breaskfast at church and the people loved it. Hardly any of it was left when it was time for me to go home. I had to make another batch of this recipe for a family Easter dinner. I didn't have any more mandarin oranges, so I peeled and sectioned a naval orange and then cut each orange section in half. That work out very well.

It was good...but I could live without the coconut. I do like coconut but not in with my fruit. Very yummy...
