This sauce is awesome! I use whatever steaks I have and grill them. The sauce is really good, make it every time I have steak.

The recipe is the best and I have made it several times. I use NY strip steak instead of T-bone. My company loved it.

This was a great way to top off any steak. I used New York Steaks and water instead of sherry. I also added 1 tsp of Worchester and used an off brand steak sauce to save money. It was the best steak I ever had, without leaving the comfort of my home. Thanks for this wonderful recipe!

Used New York Strip instead of T Bone. Very tasty, but for mushroom lovers I would double-up the recipe!

Added a little more brown sugar and cooked the mushrooms IN the wine, and it tasted amazing. Totally recommend it for date night.

My picky 2 year old ate this right up. Served with cole slaw and corn on the cob. Very very yummy and look forward to making it again.
