I made this over the July 4th weekend and it was a big hit w/family. I used Greek Vinaigrette and added some halved kalamata olives on top before serving.

My friends said: oh no, bring something we like. I brought this salad anyway and everyone LOVED it !! I also added sunflower seeds and dried cranberries, WONDERFUL !!

this was awesome!!! instead of the dill, i added green onions and i think it gave it a good kick. it was a great hit and i will definitely make it again.

My husband took one bite, turned to me and said, "this one's a keeper". He liked the flavor and texture combinations --and with the garden bringing in lots of cucumbers and tomatoes, this is great. The only change I made was to use Kraft Greek Vinagrette instead of Italian dressing.

This was REALLY good for a change of pace! I took it to a get together and everyone liked it. I used plain couscous instead of whole wheat. I'm making it again next week per requests!
