Loved It! My husband and I enjoyed it so much; we love feta cheese and couscous...great combination!

I made this into an entree by adding thawed shrimp from a frozen bag of shrimp. Also added bell pepper and olives, and bulgur instead of couscous. excellent!

My guests loved it, and I was asked to make it again for a pot-luck.

This Recipe is simple and it tastes very good! The dill really punches up the recipe. This dish does'nt have a ton of real powerful flavor, but its a perfect side dish for a summertime meal. I will definitely make this recipe again. I already have a box of couscous in my pantry.

My family loves this salad. It is cool and refreshing. I substitute fat-free plain yogurt for the salad dressing.

This is a great salad to take for lunch. It is a great alternative to the typical sandwich or lettuce salad. My kids look forward to this at dinner time, as well.

I am a huge fan of greek salad, and an even bigger fan of couscous - when I tried this I was in heaven! :-)

I get so many compliments on this recipe! The couscous makes it seem so fancy, but is SO easy to make! This is my new potluck staple!

I love this salad so much that I passed it along to my family. My picky-eating sister loved it! I think it may be a feature at our next family gathering. I have added the red bell peppers as well, and it was just as good.
