Yummie...I also add red pepper and sliced black olives to the recipe and used roasted garlic couscous. You can even omit the dressing and it still has a great taste. Pita makes a good scooper.

I have made this recipe several times and it has always been a hit. I was not able to find the wheat coucous so I used the white. Make sure you let it sit several hours or over night so the flavors gets through everything. You may want to add a little more dressing after it has sat for a while.

This couscous salad was easy to make and it was very good the next day too. It is not very festive, but I would highly recommend it for casual meetings or everyday lunches.

Used a little less dill than called for. Also substituted Greek dressing once and it was good too. My husband and I love this as a dinner side and then we eat it for a light lunch the next day too!

I made this for a summer BBQ potluck get-together with friends and it was a huge hit. Of course, I had to explain to them what couscous was, but they all tried it and loved it. I used a flavored (tomato & basil) feta cheese, rather than the plain.

I doubled the recipe for a BBQ. I also added extra dill, greek seasoning, salt and pepper. It was a HUGE hit at the party.
