PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP OREO Cheesecake

I made this for a family Easter gathering. I substituted Oreo cookies with a 7oz. pkg. of Cookies and Cream cookies. I used the whole pkg. It turned out fabulous, the whole gang loved it and I got several requests for the recipe!

I am not much of baker and or cook, however the first attempt of baked cheesecake it was MMM Good and even my friends were impressed with this and I was also! Thanks for the easy recipes!

This was easy, and turned out very well!! I used the mint oreos, just to give a little more edge... I will make this again :o)

this is very easy to make and everyone loved it! i put in more crushed oreos than it called for and it was really delicious...

I have been whipping this recipe up since it first appeared on the back of the oreo ready-made piecrust label. It is easy to prepare. The recipe I like the best deviates from this one just slightly. After preparing the cheesecake batter, remove one cup of the batter and mix it with 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. Pour the remaining batter into the piecrust. swirl in the cup of chocolate batter, and bake as directed. You may top with raspberries before serving. With so few ingredients, and a ready-made pie crust, it's super-easy to prepare.

This is a really simple delicious recipe.Only note that I have is to keep refrigerated until it is ready to be served.
