I have been whipping this recipe up since it first appeared on the back of the oreo ready-made piecrust label. It is easy to prepare. The recipe I like the best deviates from this one just slightly. After preparing the cheesecake batter, remove one cup of the batter and mix it with 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. Pour the remaining batter into the piecrust. swirl in the cup of chocolate batter, and bake as directed. You may top with raspberries before serving. With so few ingredients, and a ready-made pie crust, it's super-easy to prepare.
