I made this with neufchatel cheese (lowfat version of cream cheese) and nobody knew the difference, it was delicious!!!

I use this recipe with graham cracker crust and no oreos- I top with fruit after baking and cooling - my family LOVES it an always want me to make my Secret Cheese Cake Recipe.
