Chipotle en adobo can be incendiary! Even a small can may take a long time to use. I tried this with Tabasco Chipotle sauce. The bottle is economical. It is a little sweeter than chipotle en adobo, so a little salt helps. I'm not sure what else to do to cut the sweet. Try it over Mexican rice, chicken & vegetables for a casserole.
