Soup was a bit to tangy for me.
This was outstanding! We New Mexicans love our food with an extra 'zip'! This soup filled the bill and I've been asked by others for the recipe. Easy to make and delicious.
Chipotle en adobo can be incendiary! Even a small can may take a long time to use. I tried this with Tabasco Chipotle sauce. The bottle is economical. It is a little sweeter than chipotle en adobo, so a little salt helps. I'm not sure what else to do to cut the sweet. Try it over Mexican rice, chicken & vegetables for a casserole.
wow easy on the chipotle, I added extra thinking I would like some extra zip, it was zippy alright. I will deffiantly make again only follow recipee this time.
