Creamy Bacon Vegetable Pasta Skillet

Creamy Bacon Vegetable Pasta Skillet recipe
I added 5 oz. cubed Velveeta to make it cheesier. If using carrots, add them with the pasta so they cook through.

The sauce was not good at all!

I'm giving this recipe so stars because it is so versatile and delicious. I made it using broccoli as my vegetable and added cheddar cheese instead of parmesan. I will make this again and maybe try chicken instead of bacon like some of the other members suggested.

Great! I've made it three times, once for the extended family. Everyone wanted the recipe.

Very good! For vegetables, I used red pepper, zucchini, and broccoli florets, then added a couple shakes of garlic powder and about a teaspoon of dried basil leaves for more flavor.

I really enjoyed this recipe, it was really easy to make. I added mushrooms and extra bacon and milk to make it more creamy.

I halved the recipe, I was only cooking for two, and there were still leftovers. I left the amount of bacon the same though, we love bacon, plus I had lots I needed to use up! I used frozen veggies too, just out of convenience. Very good. I'd recommend it!

I fixed this using Turkey Bacon and whole wheat pasta added 1/4 cup of water. Family favorite!

Overall a good dish. I agree that it is somewhat bland, but I added some cajun seasoning I had around, salt, pepper, and it was fine. Also will use 8oz of cream cheese next time and more bacon!
