Just finding "low fat" and "cheesecake" in the same recipe name is pretty amazing. But this version calls up memories of a favorite ice cream truck treat for extra yum.

Didn't turn out as thick as the picture indicates but was still very light and delicious. I think it would be great with strawberry jello and topped with strawberries.

This was delish! My entire family enjoyed it and I have some picky guys to feed! I also made one using lime jello which was also delish! The lime one I used an actual store bought reduced fat graham cracker crust, which I think was better.

I made this for Easter dinner and it was a hit with the whole family! We are on a weight loss program and this was the perfect guiltless dessert. I will make it again soon!.

This was so easy and a big hit! I used low fat ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese and it still tasted fab. Will definetly make again!

I used this recipe with dinner guests and they enjoyed it! My freind asked for the recipe. It tasted like a creamsicle icecream bar.

Very good. My husband loved it. I will try next time with lime jello to see if I can give him his imitation "key lime".

I love this cheesecake it is so good and so easy to make. It takes about 10 minutes to make. It is all made in the blender and that makes it so easy.
