Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake

Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake recipe
Just finding "low fat" and "cheesecake" in the same recipe name is pretty amazing. But this version calls up memories of a favorite ice cream truck treat for extra yum.

I made this for my dad for his birthday. I used fat free cream cheese and vanilla yogart and added mandrian oranges. My son just had a piece and asked for another. Im just wondering...does it come off of the springform bottom? I dont guess so..Loved it though.

Great, easy crowd pleasing dessert.

I read through a lot of the reviews before deciding what to do with this recipe. I used a premade graham crust and substituted nonfat vanilla yogurt for the cottage cheese. I garnished with mandarin oranges. This recipe does indeed taste like a creamsicle/dreamsicle. I also made a strawberry version using sugar free strawberry gelatin, premade chocolate crust, and garnished with fresh sliced strawberries. I loved the strawberry one! I think I may use an Oreo crust with the strawberry recipe next time for more chocolate flavor. I took both to a work event and the orange one seemed to get more takers before the strawberry one ever got cut into.

A very tasty recipe. And simple to prepare. It is also delicious with other flavors of gelatin. I used strawberry for a refreshing Valentine treat.

I love this recipe. I do mix it up in the food processor instead of the blender. I like mine very smooth. It is delicious.

This pie is so great! I used the vanilla yogurt instead of cottage cheese and it turned out so good! If you like orange dreamsicle than you will love this pie. I highly recommend this pie!

Light and refreshing but this recipe should not be allowed to call itself "cheesecake". It was more like a mousse and had the flavor of an orange creamsicle. It was fun but I'm not sure I would make it again. I did love the no guilt factor though!

I thought it was bland, I just didn't like it afterwards. The batter was good though.
