I made this for a family dinner I recently went to and everyone loved it - including the small children! Tasted great, not too sweet and the orange flavor was perfect. I used a pre-made low fat pie crust, and substitued light vanilla yogurt instead of the cottage cheese (which I thought worked and tasted much better) I also used light Cool whip instead of fat free Cool Whip (wasn't sure how it would be) but since it turned out so good, I will try it with the fat free next time. This was a very easy recipe and I highly recommend it!
