Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake

Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake recipe
Just finding "low fat" and "cheesecake" in the same recipe name is pretty amazing. But this version calls up memories of a favorite ice cream truck treat for extra yum.

I made this for my family, and everyone loved it. iIt was very yummy, but the texture was a little light for my taste. I might add something to thicken it a little more, but overall a yummy, simple, and easy dessert.

You simply cannot ask more from a low-sugar, low-fat dessert! This is a light, airy cheesecake that is actually good for you with Calcium and Protein. Easy to make and allows for flavor variations! Use a readymade graham crust and its super easy! I am not usually one for low fat desserts since they are rarely worth eating but this is acutally very good!

I made this using lemon instead of orange, and it came out great! Even my husband, who doesn't like cheesecake, loves it.

I made it with lime sugar free jello and it was so light and delicious. I can't wait to make it again and try another flavor. Laura Hushion

This is a great lighter version of a traditional cheesecake. Very satisfying and no guilt!

Also good with berry jello, will try with lemon, lime and peach jello.

I did not make this great tasting dessert, but, I will be! My Mom actually made this recipe this evening for dessert, and specially made for my dad, who had a heart attack ago. He now must watch his eating habits and this recipe being low fat, was a treat tonight for him. I loved this recipe as well, so as soon as I got home tonight, I signed up so I will get this great magazine, full of great ideas!

I served this after a heavy meal, and everyone loved it! It is light enough to eat even if you don't think you have room for more! it's easy to prepare, and presents nicely with the orange slices on top.
