Just finding "low fat" and "cheesecake" in the same recipe name is pretty amazing. But this version calls up memories of a favorite ice cream truck treat for extra yum.

Made with the orange jello - it was very light but next time I'll add some orange zest to pump up the flavor.

This recipe can be altered by the flavor of jello you prefer. I used raspberry jello and everyone loved it. I almost ran out of it. I will make this again for sure!

My husband tried it once and wouldn't eat another piece. This recipe is really good considering it's a low 100 calories per slice, but it's no substitute for regular cheesecake.

It was delicious and my husband says it's a keeper. I also love the recipes you have on your site because they are low in calories and points. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and have lost 134 pounds after I reached my goal in June of 2007. Keep up the good work!!!

I didn't like the texture of this pie. I blended it in a blender for a couple of minutes but it still had a strange feel to it. It was really "fluffy" The flavor was ok

I was expecting a creamy texture, instead it was foamy. Like eating a really airy marshmallow. The flavor was nice though. I ended up throwing it out because the texture was too wierd for me.
