Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake

Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake recipe
Just finding "low fat" and "cheesecake" in the same recipe name is pretty amazing. But this version calls up memories of a favorite ice cream truck treat for extra yum.

Absolutely wonderful! No one even knew it was low fat. I did like the picture showed and added mandarin oranges to the top of each slice...just perfect! Will definitely make again!!

Made this for a church function and they loved it to the last crumb. Would definitely make it again.

Very easy to make. I used a premade graham cracker crust but might want more of a cream cheese flavor to balance everything out.

One graham cracker crust does not work and the cottage cheese texture is off putting.

Terrific! My father is a diabetic and this just made his day to be able to have cheesecake (his favorite desert) and it be sooooo good. Thank you!

My husband is a diabetic so finding tasty SF/FF desserts is not easy. I made this using SF orange jello, SF vanilla yogurt, SF Cool Whip and FF cream cheese. It was very good, but next time I would add more FF cream cheese and less SF yogurt. It was a little too sweet for me. Next time I want to try lemon-lime. This dessert is a keeper. My husband said it was really good. Thanks.

I changed the sugar free jello flavor from orange to cherry as my favorite is cherry cheesecake, also used no fat cottage cheese.( I don't think that hurt the recipe). Thankfully I made 2 pies and they were a great hit at our 4th of July bar-b-que. Everyone wants the recipe, so I'm gladly sharing.
