Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake recipe
Just finding "low fat" and "cheesecake" in the same recipe name is pretty amazing. But this version calls up memories of a favorite ice cream truck treat for extra yum.

It got pretty soft if left out of the refrigerator very long. Putting it in the freezer for a little bit should help.

I have gestational diabetes right now, and we had company over for dinner. I wanted to make a nice recipe that I could eat as well, and with only 10 g carbs, I was able to thoroughly enjoy it! I will definitely make it again, and maybe try other flavors!

I didn't have any cottage cheese so I used light Thick & Creamy orange cream yogart instead. I also used a reduced fat premade crust. Awesome!

This is really good! I used reduced fat cream cheese and it was amazing. For being so low fat and low calorie it is an amazing, rich dessert. Make this- you will enjoy it.

I made this in 2 layers for a party- halved all ingredients, cranberry jello for bottom layer, orange for top (you must half jello mixes after boiling). Complicated but looked pretty. People were afraid to try it at first, but it ended up the breakout star of the dessert table.

Super easy to make! Can't wait to try it with other flavors of Jello.

I used a premade graham pie crust. I only had peach jello in the house which gave it a very light flavor. Next time I'll make it with orange jello.

This was delicious! We had homemade Gen. Tso's chicken for dinner and this dessert complimented it really well. My family said that this tastes just like a creamsicle and had 2nd helpings!
