Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake

Low-Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake recipe
Just finding "low fat" and "cheesecake" in the same recipe name is pretty amazing. But this version calls up memories of a favorite ice cream truck treat for extra yum.

This is very good as long as you don't expect it to taste like a traditional cheesecake. I would make it again.

Substituted low fat ingredients and different flavors of jello. Comes out great each time.

Great low fat light dessert. You can also use other kinds of jello.

This cheesecake was awesome! I used fat free ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese (which will give you about the same amount of calories), lemon gelatin instead of orange, added some splenda, and topped each slice with a little more cool whip. This made for a refreshing end to dinner, and perfect dessert for summer! I'll be making this again, and again, and again!

I used reduced fat items rather than fat free and used a premade pie crust. The flavor is very good but you need to process very well in a food processor to get a creamy consistency due to the cottage cheese. Otherwise the kids ask too many questions!
