Easy Chicken Parmesan

Easy Chicken Parmesan recipe
No need to bread and fry cutlets to make this chicken Parmesan. Baking the chicken in spaghetti sauce infuses it with flavor and cuts down on prep.

Juice from the chicken makes the sauce too watery. Also the chicken has no flavor at all. I tried it again, browning the chicken a little first with salt and pepper in a little olive oil and butter. It takes a few minutes longer but it yields a much better result.

I believe the chicken should always be coated bread crumbs prior to putting it in the baking dish.

I loved this recipe!! I added some Italian seasoning to the sauce before I put the chicken in. It added more flavor to it. I really enjoyed it!

I make this all time for my husband. We both love it. I use Munster cheese on top instead of mozzarella and it is super good! It is also super easy to make

I've made this twice. It is absolutely delicious. I used only 3 chicken breasts instead of six & it worked great. It is very very simple to make.

Great dinner & very easy to make! We spiced it up a lot & added mushrooms. Lots of possibilities to add on & make even better.

Very good and quick! I like it much better than the one where you bake the chicken first with the breadcrumbs.

Well, this is a super easy recipe to make, but the juices from the chicken make the pasta sauce too watery. I've not tasted it yet, but I am sure that it tastes great! Maybe something to absorb some of the moisture would make the dish better. Like say some sort of pasta? I'll try it and keep everyone posted!
