Easy Chicken Parmesan

Easy Chicken Parmesan recipe
No need to bread and fry cutlets to make this chicken Parmesan. Baking the chicken in spaghetti sauce infuses it with flavor and cuts down on prep.

Awesome! A quick and easy recipe to make when you come home from work.

Didn't care for this at all - as someone else mentioned, the sauce was thin due to the chicken juices. I used meaty thighs and had way too much sauce even though I used a smaller jar of sauce than called for.

This was the easiest chicken parm I've ever cooked! The chicken was very moist and tender. It also made a great sandwich the next day. I'm definately making this again.

Definitely not the same as chicken parm! The bread crumbs on the chicken was a huge missing piece

I followed the advice on another comment and coated the chicken with bread crumbs mixed with parmesan and garlic salt. I also only used 1/2 the sauce and saved the rest to use with pasta. It turned out great and have made it many more times.

The sauce was incredibly diluted because the chicken cooked in it. I also thought the chicken should have had some sort of breading instead of just being poached in the sauce.

I made this recipe for my family last evening and consensus was that the overall flavor was very bland. I served the dish over egg noodles. I recommend adding some garlic or other favorite seasoning to jazz it up. Otherwise very easy to make with commonly used ingredients.
