This was a delicious recipe, although I think there were too many veggies. I think I will cut out some of the veggies and add a little chicken or something instead.

I made this for a potluck at work; it earned a runner-up prize.

Everyone loved it! based on other comments i added some italian herbs (basil, oregano, etc.) and a salad sprinkle that has lots of cheese in it. i added diced bacon. simple & yummy!

this was easy and good just thought it lacked a little flavor, I added some italian seasonings.

I chopped an onion, a garlic clove and I fried it with cut up chicken. I also added parsley, basil and garlic salt. And it came out excellent. I would make this again, the same way I did the first time.

In all fairness I am not much of a cook. I found this very bland and orzo is not that easy to cook. Mine was mushy and gummy - this recipe ended up in the trash. Also it stuck to the pan horribly during cooking despite the telflon and constant stirring and watching.

I made this for my sisters baby shower over the summer and it was a big hit. I did add more herbs, since I add them to everything. I think I added a lot of basil, parsley, thyme, and of course a lot of sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Might even use this for my wedding next year!

Easy to make and timed perfect with my main dish. I also added garlic that I roasted and some ground pepper for some more flavor. I will make it again!

INSTEAD OF ORZO, I ADDED BULGAR. IT'S DELICIOUS. ALSO SOME FRESH BASIL LEAVES.
